After consideration of each patients clinical findings you are invited to:
1. Make a provisional diagnosis and indicate any further information you would require on physical examination to support this diagnosis.
2. Choose the appropriate investigations to confirm your provisional diagnosis.
3. Propose a management plan for the likely diagnosis.
