Simon Reeves was diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes and hypertension over 6 years ago. He attends today for his three monthly check of glycaemic control. After telling Simon his blood sugar levels are satisfactory he starts to leave. At the door he hesitates and says " I'm not sure if you are the person I should be speaking to about this, but Mary and I are having difficulties." He adds "I just can't do it any more".
